What if MK Iconic haven’t installed our system?
If we haven’t installed your system, don’t worry you can still get a service and maintenance plan with us, there is an additional admin/setup fee required to have your home on our systems, this is a one off payment and includes the following:
- Remote management / Monitoring Hardware
- Handover from previous installer (On site walkthrough)
- System health check and upgrade
- Adding your home / system to our management platform
- Site visit to check your system is compatible
