Dolby Atmos Home Cinema
Initial Brief
The client simply told us “i want this room to be amazing & i’m tired of my friends laughing at me for having such a small TV”. It needs to look and sound epic.
Our Proposal
We proposed a 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos Media / Cinema Room to go in place of the current setup, with a 120 Inch Screen and a 4K projector.
Our in house team came up with a couple of concept designs on what the room would look like when its done and we sent these to the client to see what they thought.
After another discussion the client had decided he wanted the Screen built into cabinetry, and a motorized cover over the front of it to conceal the fact that this was a cinema room.
The Finished Product
Here we have the final Product.
The Left, Right & Center speakers are mounted behind an acoustically transparent screen so the sound passes through properly.
We added Bowers & Wilkins speakers in a 5.1.2 setup with a KEF subwoofer.
All the lighting is controlled via Control4, the LED strips are on DMX and can be changed to any colour of your choice.
The cinema is controlled by Control4 and we gave the client a Control4 NEEO remote for ease of use.
