We produce detailed technical specifications, wiring schedules, equipment lists, and system schematics for every project. These documents are shared with your main contractor, electrician, and interior designer to ensure perfect coordination between trades.

Budget Planning

Our Design Studio provides live pricing estimates. During consultation, we refine these into a detailed quotation broken down by system, room, and product. You know exactly what you are investing in before any work begins.

Project Management

When should I engage MKI in my build project?
As early as possible — ideally during the architectural design phase. This allows us to coordinate cable routes, equipment positions, and infrastructure requirements with your architect and builder before walls are closed. Late engagement often means compromises or costly retrofitting.
Is there a fee for the initial consultation?
No. Your first consultation is complimentary. We will discuss your requirements, explore possibilities, provide an indicative budget, and outline next steps. There is zero obligation — every project starts with a conversation.
