We mark up your plans, specify the infrastructure, and coordinate with M&E from the very first drawing. Cable routes, Lutron back-boxes, rack-room ventilation — all designed in, not retrofitted.

Interior Designers

Lutron palette finishes coordinated to your scheme. Speakers chosen for invisibility. Keypads sized and positioned with the same care you give to door handles. Technology that bends to your design, not the other way round.

M&E Consultants

Single-line schematics, KNX bus topology, structured cabling matrices, distribution-board schedules. We talk your language and document to your standard.

Property Developers

Specification packs that scale across multi-unit schemes. Repeatable rack-room standards. Bulk procurement. Plot-by-plot commissioning. Single warranty, single contact.

Electricians

We supply pre-terminated Cat6A, Lutron back-boxes, conduit schedules, and a clear scope-of-works document so first-fix is a single visit. We commission, you invoice.

Working together.

How early should we bring you in on a project?
As early as possible — ideally at concept stage. Smart-home infrastructure (cabling, processor locations, rack rooms, ventilation) is far cheaper to specify into a build than to retrofit. We are happy to attend design-team meetings, mark up architects' plans, and produce specification packs that integrate with your tender documents.
Do you produce drawings we can drop into our packs?
Yes. We produce full AutoCAD AV layouts, single-line schematics, rack elevations, and conduit/back-box schedules. Files supplied as DWG, PDF and editable Vectorworks where required.
Are you happy to be specified as a sub-contractor?
Yes — we routinely operate under a main contractor or principal designer. We carry £10m public liability cover and provide all required RAMS, COSHH and competency documentation.
Do you offer trade discount?
We do not undercut to win projects. Instead, we offer trade partners specification consultancy at no charge, priority project lead times, and a transparent margin model so the homeowner sees one clean bill of material.
Can you support international projects?
Yes. We have delivered projects in the UK, UAE and US, and routinely commission systems remotely once cabling and rack-room infrastructure is in place. Travel, customs and certification are handled in-house.
